Geography: Clinton is in the middle of Lolo National Forest, and a short drive from the Rattlesnake Wilderness and Recreation Area.  The Clark Fork River flows to the west of Clinton, following I90. The Blackfoot River is 13 miles northwest near Bonner, MT.

Transportation: Clinton is located on Interstate 90 approximately 21 miles east of Missoula.  Missoula International Airport is the closest commercial airport.
