Geography: Located in the heart of the Gallatin Valley; the Bridger Mountain Range to the northeast and the Gallatin Mountain Range to the south. Centrally located near the Gallatin, Madison, and Yellowstone Rivers.

Transportation: Gallatin Gateway is located  15 miles south of Bozeman and Belgrade along highway 191.  The closest airport is Gallatin Field Regional Airport, located just east of Belgrade

Weather:  Average high temperature in the summer ranges from 68° in June, 77° in July, and 77° in August, with average lows in the upper 30s.  June usually has the most rainfall with an average of 3.1 inches. The average high temperature in the winter ranges from 29° in December, 28° in January, and 35° in February, with average lows in the single digits. The average snow depth in December and January is 16 inches.
