Transportation:  Interstate 94 runs east and west through Forsyth at the junction of US hwy 12.  Forsyth is 45 miles west of Miles City, Montana and 100 miles east of Billings, Montana

Weather:  Average high temperature in the summer ranges from 80° in June, 89° in July, and 87° in August, with average lows in the low to mid 50s.  June usually has the most rainfall with an average of 2.37 inches. The average high temperature in the winter ranges from 35° in December, 33° in January, and 40° in February, with average lows in the single digits and low teens.  The average snowfall in December and January is 6  inches.
