Geography: Havre is located north of the Bears Paw Mountains and
east of the Sweet Grass Hills. The Milk River passes through town.
Fresno Reservoir is just west of town.
Transportation: Havre, Montana is located on the Hi-Line, US
Highway 2, which passes right through downtown. Havre is near the
intersection of Hwy 87 and Hwy 232 that enters Canada at the Port of
Wild Horse. Amtrak has the second busiest train station in Havre.
Havre's City County Airport is serviced by Big Sky Airlines.
